Job Title: Recruiter – Staffing/Recruitment Firm   Location: Mumbai (Andheri) Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Reports To: Recruitment Manager / Team Lead We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Recruiter to join our staffing team. The role involves sourcing and placing candidates for client requirements across multiple industries. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure timely closures to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements (JD, skills, experience, and budget). Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, databases, and references. Screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fitment for client roles. Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate communications. Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with client budgets. Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets and SLAs. Build and maintain a candidate database for recurring mandates. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business. Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status to clients and internal stakeholders. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and social platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Good understanding of recruitment across multiple industries and roles. Negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize client requirements. Qualifications & Experience : Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred). 2–5 years of experience in a staffing/recruitment agency environment. Experience in bulk hiring, IT/non-IT recruitment, or niche hiring will be an advantage.
