Job Description

Position Title: Recruiter - US Market

Work Location: Greater Noida West, UP

Shifty Timing: EST Shift (09.00 AM to 06.00 PM ET)

Job Summary:

The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the North America Market (NAM) staffing business, primarily focused on hiring recruiters and staffing professionals. This role requires strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding skills to ensure high-quality talent acquisition. In addition, the recruiter will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping foster a collaborative, motivated, and positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements across multiple business units, particularly for US Staffing roles.
  • Source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit, availability, and work authorization (US Citizens, GC Holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of candidates to meet recurring staffing demands.
  • Manage offer negotiations, extend offers, and coordinate the release of offer letters.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate transitions.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as cultural events, recognition programs, surveys, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify workforce gaps and align recruitment efforts with business priorities.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in US Recruitment (corporate or agency environment preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
  • Familiarity with US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, US Citizen).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
