Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final rounds. Identify and engage potential candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives to build a strong talent pipeline. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating documentation, induction sessions, and orientation processes. Maintain and update HR records related to recruitment activities, candidate databases, and interview feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions in alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (internship experience will be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
