We are looking for dynamic and motivated HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Ahmedabad team. This is an on-site role open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about recruitment and building careers. Company : Universal Hunt Job Title : HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Location : Ahmedabad (On-Site) Eligibility : Freshers and Experienced Both are applicable Key Responsibilities: Understand job descriptions and client requirements Handle end-to-end recruitment consulting for domestic and international markets. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial screenings, interviews, reference checks, and support candidates through the selection process. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruitment. Support business development activities by engaging with new and existing clients.
