Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for creating and maintaining recruitment reports, and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Skills in developing job descriptions and posting job openings
• Proficient in screening resumes and conducting interviews
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
