As an Associate Recruiter at our company, you will play a key role in our Talent Acquisition team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and screening applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, learning sourcing techniques and ATS usage, and maintaining candidate records to ensure a positive candidate experience. Your support will be crucial in helping the team meet our hiring goals.
