Excited to join us and do your part in improving people s health and happiness Job Location: IITM Research Park, Chennai Key Responsibilities Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, descriptions, and specifications. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate periodic reports on hiring metrics. Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Assist in employer branding activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media outreach. Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
