Recruiter

The Recruiter- US Staffing position at TekWissen Group in Vishakhapatnam is a full-time onsite role, where you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities. Your main tasks will involve reviewing client requirements, utilizing various internet resources for candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and presenting career opportunities to qualified applicants. Building and maintaining relationships with contract employees and vendors will also be a key part of your role. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers in daily huddles to ensure all requirements are covered and potential closes are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include sourcing from job portals, making job postings, working on contracts and permanent positions, and being well-versed in US terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and US Visas. To excel in this role, you should have experience in US recruitment life cycle, end-to-end recruitment process across various IT technologies, working with direct clients, and a good understanding of W2 tax terms.
