Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates profiles
Sourcing on various job portals
Interview Coordination and schedule interviews
Manage high-volume recruitment activities
Work towards daily/weekly hiring targets
Handle pressure in a fast-paced hiring environment

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Freshers with good communication skills can apply too.
BPO hiring/Bulk Hiring experience is preferred
Consultancy experience in BPO hiring for international process,
Should have experience sourcing on various job portals
Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure

Working Days :

Nature of Job: 6 months contract (Extendable- depending on performance)
