Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination:

     Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Candidate Communication:

     Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding processes.
  • Database & ATS Management:

     Maintain and update the recruitment database, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and candidate pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

     Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Offer & Onboarding Support:

     Assist with offer letter issuance, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
  • Employer Branding:

     Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings, social media hiring campaigns, and outreach programs (if required).
  • Recruitment Reporting:

     Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

     1-2 years in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
  • Recruitment Knowledge:

     Understanding of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and hiring trends.
  • Technical Proficiency:

     Hands-on experience with 

    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

     and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Communication Skills:

     Strong verbal and written communication skills with a candidate-centric approach.
  • Multi-tasking & Organization:

     Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy:

     Proficiency in 

    MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

     and other recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT Recruitment.

  • Exposure to US MNCs or global hiring practices.

  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
