Recruiter - Sales (Bulk Hiring)

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our fast-paced environment, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, track, coordinate, and interview candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, until their onboarding. You will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders on the recruitment process, setting expectations, and implementing best practices. Utilizing your skills in analytics, you will anticipate roadblocks and optimize operational processes to ensure a consistent and customer-centric recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive candidate and referee experience, manage KPI reports, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
