Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our fast-paced environment, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, track, coordinate, and interview candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, until their onboarding. You will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders on the recruitment process, setting expectations, and implementing best practices. Utilizing your skills in analytics, you will anticipate roadblocks and optimize operational processes to ensure a consistent and customer-centric recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive candidate and referee experience, manage KPI reports, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work hard, have fun, and get the job done - Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, demographics, and best practices - Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners - Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and solve challenges - Optimize operational process flows to deliver a scalable recruitment experience - Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, meeting internal SLAs - Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs - Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards - Manage a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while maintaining SLAs - Utilize full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding strategies - Familiarity with various selection methods, social media, job boards, and HRIS tools - Demonstrate critical stakeholder management and excellent recruitment reporting skills - Manage bulk/volume hiring projects effectively Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Sales/Business/Bulk Hiring - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding - Team player with strong critical stakeholder management skills - Excellent recruitment reporting and dashboarding skills - Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools, preferably with experience in HRIS tools - Graduate or post-graduate completed, preferably in HR Note: Merit-based culture, wealth creation opportunities, and a commitment to democratizing credit for consumers and merchants make this role a unique opportunity to be a part of India's fastest-growing Fintech Organization.,
