Job Description

Position:

Shift Timings

April October:
3 PM to 12 AM
November March:
4 PM to 1 AM
(Saturdays & Sundays are working, 2 weekly offs on weekdays)

Freshers with strong English communication skills (training will be provided).
Graduates from any stream (no specific degree required).
Professionals with experience in any industry who are looking to shift into Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Source and attract candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Share shortlisted profiles with clients and maintain a consistent pipeline of talent.
Build long-term professional relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pool.
Collaborate with internal teams and meet recruitment targets within set deadlines.
Continuously learn and adopt the best recruitment practices to grow in the role.
