Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidatestechnical capabilities and communication skills.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly and accurately.
Provide timely feedback and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth transition of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
