Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruiter, based on-site in Bhopal. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, assessing applicant qualifications, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Daily tasks include creating job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining records of all recruiting activities. The Recruiter will also build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to address staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels
• Interviewing, assessing applicant qualifications, and making hiring recommendations
• Ability to create job postings and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal
• Experience in a similar role or in HR is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
