We are currently looking for a skilled HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to be a part of our mission. In this role, you will be an essential member of our HR team, responsible for various aspects of human resources management. Your tasks will include recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties to ensure that our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting job interviews, managing the onboarding process for new employees, assisting in developing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations matters, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR projects and initiatives as required. It is essential to stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in IT. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations is necessary, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A positive attitude, strong ethics, and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.
