Developer Team Leader

Position Summary:

As a Developer Team Leader, you will oversee a team of software developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You’ll be responsible for project planning, team mentoring, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
• Plan, design, and oversee development projects from concept to deployment.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Identify training and development needs for the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture design.
• Monitor team performance and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-5+ years) as a Developer Team Leader or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of [programming languages relevant to your stack, e.g., Java, Python, .NET, React, Node.js].
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
