Job Description

As an HR Recruiter based in Surat, Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to handle end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles across different departments. Your duties will involve sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using diverse platforms, organizing and conducting interviews, and managing candidate databases and recruitment trackers. It is crucial for you to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and effective hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels - Coordinate and conduct interviews - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment In this role, you will be working full-time during the day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Proficiency in the English language and prior experience as an HR Recruiter are preferred qualifications. The work location is in person. The position offers a competitive salary along with benefits such as paid time off.
