Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases and providing regular reports on recruitment activity.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sourcing and Screening Candidates
Experience in Interviewing and Evaluating Candidates
Ability to Develop Job Descriptions and Post Job Ads
Proficient in Collaborating with Hiring Managers and Teams
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous Recruitment Experience is a Plus
