Role: HR Intern (Recruitment Experience) Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups). Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Participate in employer branding activities and HR campaigns.
