Role Overview:

We are looking for a Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
• Draft and publish engaging job postings.
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
• Ensure smooth communication and onboarding processes.
• Support HR operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and job portals.
