Role Overview: We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team in Indore. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Draft and publish engaging job postings. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics. Ensure smooth communication and onboarding processes. Support HR operational and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred). Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
