Location: Sector 2, Noida (Work From Office, 5 Days a Week)

About Us: MyOperator is a fast-growing cloud-based call management system. We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead our recruitment efforts and help us build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle for a mix of IT and non-IT roles.
• Sourcing: Creatively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Hiring Partner: Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and ensure a strong candidate fit.
• Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and manage candidates from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• ATS & Reporting: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience in a SaaS, Product, or Software company is a must.
• Proficiency with various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Instahyre.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit).
• Solid understanding of common tech stacks and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
