Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and a strong ability to identify, attract, and engage the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and references.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
3. Conduct initial telephonic screenings and schedule interviews.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
5. Negotiate salary packages and ensure smooth candidate closures.
6. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 0.6 – 1.5 years of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and negotiation.
Hands-on experience in operating hiring portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiner preferred.
