What you’ll be doing

• Interact with candidates, assess their profiles, and help identify the right fit

• Source and screen profiles across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
• Coordinate interviews and keep conversations smooth between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up (yes, this matters a lot!) and ensure a great candidate experience
• Support offer rollouts and basic onboarding activities
  

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience

• Someone who communicates clearly and confidently
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple roles
• A people-first mindset with genuine interest in hiring and HR

Startup experience is a plus, but attitude and intent matter more than fancy titles.
