Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. They will also collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, review job applications, conduct interviews, manage job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience of 2 years as a Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree
