Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Vadodara for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining a database of candidates, collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, and ensuring smooth onboarding for selected candidates. The Recruiter will contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening methods
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR functions
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is a plus
