As a Sr. Executive in Study Abroad at Kanan.co, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end processes of student admissions for study abroad programs. Your responsibilities will include conducting student counseling sessions to guide individuals towards academic and career success in destinations such as Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany. Additionally, managing applications and coordinating with international educational institutions to ensure a smooth admission process for students. Providing coaching support for international standardized examinations such as IELTS, TOEFL-iBT, PTE, etc. to optimize student performance. Developing and implementing effective management processes to enhance student satisfaction and achieve organizational objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong Student Counseling and Admissions Management skills to effectively guide students through the study abroad process. - Experience in coordinating with international educational institutions to facilitate seamless admissions. - Proficiency in providing coaching support for international standardized examinations to ensure student success. - Solid organizational and strategic planning skills to streamline processes and achieve objectives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and international institutions. - Ability to work independently on-site and take ownership of tasks. - Prior experience in the education or immigration industry would be advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for this role.
