Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Travel Services located in Vadodara. The Senior Manager will manage and oversee travel arrangements, develop and execute travel strategies, and ensure superior customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating travel details, managing travel budgets, liaising with clients, and working closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Travel Management and Travel Arrangements skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
