Job Description

HR Recruiter Corporate Hiring ( Contractual for 3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for corporate roles across departments like HR, Finance, Admin, and Marketing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Use multiple sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with departments for technical rounds.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollout processes.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
Ensure a smooth and professional
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring when required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
12 years of hands-on experience in
corporate or non-IT recruitment
.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to recruitment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hiring for BFSI, FMCG, or service-based industries.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Understanding of HR operations is a plus.
