Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing the hiring process, and maintaining candidate databases. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job advertisements, conducting background checks, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Experience in managing the hiring process and maintaining candidate databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and understand job requirements
• Knowledge of job advertisement posting and background check processes
• Ability to extend job offers and facilitate onboarding processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus
