Hiring: ERM Manager (Legal & Compliance) 🚨
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Employee Relations (ER) Manager with a proven track record in handling ER matters within the BFSI sector
🔹 Hands-on with Code of Conduct violations, show cause notices, liaison with investigation teams
🔹 Strong understanding of disciplinary actions & regulatory compliance
🔹 Knowledge of laws: POSH, ESIC, Maternity Benefit Act, ID Act, etc.
🔹 Skilled in Excel, email handling & stakeholder management
🔹 Grievance handling experience is a must
🔹 Closure-driven with willingness to travel
