Job Description

As an ERM Manager (Legal & Compliance) at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling Employee Relations matters within the BFSI sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Being hands-on with Code of Conduct violations, show cause notices, and liaison with investigation teams - Demonstrating a strong understanding of disciplinary actions and regulatory compliance - Applying your knowledge of laws such as POSH, ESIC, Maternity Benefit Act, ID Act, etc. - Utilizing your skills in Excel, email handling, and stakeholder management - Having experience in grievance handling - Being closure-driven with a willingness to travel Qualifications required for this role: - Experience: 3 - 8 Years If you are highly motivated, experienced, and ready to take on this challenging role, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to sonali.sarwan@iprocess.in.
