The role of Rec (Abul Fazal) at HINDUSTAN RECRUITMENT, based in New Delhi, requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner with excellent communication skills. The location of the role is in Abul Fazal Enclave. As a Rec, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating candidate records, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications for this role include experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interviewing, proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate management, strong organizational and record-keeping skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
