Recruiter

You will be working with Holistic Group, a company that specializes in building communities and providing end-to-end solutions for customers seeking a nature-centric lifestyle. Your role as a Recruiter will be full-time and on-site in Navi Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, creating job descriptions, and managing the onboarding process. Collaboration with department managers to identify staffing needs, maintaining recruitment databases, and establishing relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must possess strong skills in candidate sourcing and outreach, as well as experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications. Proficiency in developing job descriptions and overseeing the onboarding process is essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with department managers are key. You should also be adept at maintaining recruitment databases, utilizing recruitment software, and building relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position. Previous experience in the real estate or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
