Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand client requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and references.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and role fit.
  • Coordinate with clients for feedback, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring.
  • Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated regularly.


Requirements

  • Female candidate with

    1–3 years

    of proven recruitment experience.
  • Experience working with

    multiple clients across different domains

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.
  • MBA in HR
