Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand client requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and references.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and role fit.
Coordinate with clients for feedback, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring.
Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated regularly.

Requirements

Female candidate with
1–3 years
of proven recruitment experience.
Experience working with
multiple clients across different domains
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.
MBA in HR
or related field preferred.
