Recruiter

Before attending the walk-in interview, please call and confirm the availability of the interview panel. Once confirmed, you may proceed with the walk-in. Kindly note that a minimum of 4 years of experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.)
  
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  
• Promote the company's employer brand through online and offline channels.
  
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  
• Solid understanding of various technologies and IT roles (e.g., software developers, system admins, cloud engineers).
  
• Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  
• Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
