Communicate with candidates regarding employer information and benefits during the screening process over the phone after obtaining their consent for resume processing.

Conduct phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before sharing profiles with the account manager and follow up on acknowledgment of such emails.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within the set Turnaround Time (TAT).

Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates upon receiving client feedback on resumes shared.

Share interview details with candidates and interview schedules with the account manager upon confirmation, and follow up to ensure candidates attend interviews as scheduled.

Conduct reference and background checks as required.

Upon candidate selection, follow up on required documents for further process as per client requirements, negotiate offers if required, and maintain a relationship with the candidate until joining, taking regular feedback even after joining.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirements.
