Now we’re expanding fast and looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to build our dream team!

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, Ops & Finance teams
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with speed & accuracy
• Collaborate with hiring managers and founders on requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and dashboards
• Drive LinkedIn outreach, job postings & campus hiring

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR
• Strong sourcing, communication & coordination skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, or Internshala sourcing
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
