Recruiter cum Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for RPO services.
2. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and qualify prospective clients.
3. Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email marketing, to generate leads.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and tailored presentations for potential clients.

• Recruitment

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of techniques, including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
4. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
5. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidates and job orders.

• Qualifications:

1. 1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, lead generation, business development or sales , preferably within an RPO or staffing environment. (Freshers Welcome)
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other tools.
