Job Title: Recruiter Location: [Eco Space, Newton, 3b building, ] Reporting to: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Employment Type: Full-Time. --- Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. --- Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs by collaborating with hiring managers Write and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and career sites Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, job portals, and social media Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person) Coordinate with interview panels and schedule interviews Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Conduct reference checks and background verifications Make job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Promote employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any Stream, Business Administration, or related field 0-2years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) We are looking fresh candidate. Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing) Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
