Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for different roles across functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Corporate roles, etc. )
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor coordination.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure a quick turnaround time for closures, with a focus on quality hiring.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring status updates.
• Support documentation and pre-joining formalities as required.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates returning to the workforce after a career break are welcome.
