Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter & HR Executive to join our growing team. This dual-role position will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting core HR operations like onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Post job openings on various portals, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department leads.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-joining formalities.
  • Maintain a candidate database and generate recruitment reports.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and asset allocation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, relieving, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries and coordinate grievance redressal.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communications.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and generalist HR profile.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, HRMS, Job Portals, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,498.08 - ₹30,306.87 per month
