Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. The Recruiter will also develop and implement recruiting strategies, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Responsibilities include maintaining an applicant tracking system, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in conducting reference checks and extending job offers
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
