Role & responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers:

    Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post them across various job boards, social media, and career sites.
  • Candidate sourcing:

    Proactively search for and attract candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Screening and interviewing:

    Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
  • Scheduling and coordination:

    Arrange interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Talent pipeline management:

    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Candidate experience:

    Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer and onboarding:

    Manage the offer negotiation process and collaborate on the onboarding of new hires.
