Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Recruiter role at Akshara Vidyashram, located in Cuddalore with some work from home flexibility. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the school. They will also collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their needs and facilitate the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the school leaders and align to the vision of the school to look for the expected standards in tge recruitment.
• Experience in educational recruitment is a plus
• Knowledge of CBSE & IGCSE regulations and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
