Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for various positions across departments at Shreedhar Instrument.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of identifying and attracting skilled professionals aligned with our company values and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create effective job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Collaborate with management to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Handle campus hiring, referral programs, and other recruitment drives when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Hands-on experience in technical/non-technical hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Time taken to close open positions
• Quality and retention of hired candidates
• Accuracy of recruitment documentation and reporting
• Candidate and manager satisfaction with the recruitment process
