Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Officer located in Pune. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for the collection of overdue payments, managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements with clients. The role involves maintaining accurate records of communication and payment arrangements, as well as identifying and escalating any issues to management. The Recovery Officer will need to collaborate with customers to resolve disputes and work towards recovery goals.
