Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Manager located in Surat. The Recovery Manager will be responsible for managing debt recovery operations including strategizing recovery plans, liaising with agencies and legal professionals, and maintaining detailed records of recovery activities. Daily tasks include analyzing delinquent accounts, developing customized recovery strategies, coordinating with legal teams, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in debt recovery. The role also involves regular reporting to senior management on recovery status and outcomes.
