We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recovery Manager to lead our collections and recovery operations. The ideal candidate will develop strategies, oversee recovery teams, manage delinquent accounts, and ensure effective debt collection while maintaining positive customer relationships and adhering to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to achieve monthly and annual collection targets. Monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions. Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Manage relationships with external recovery agents, legal partners, and credit bureaus. Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Prepare regular reports on recovery performance and provide actionable recommendations. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers when necessary. Initiate legal recovery processes when required. Improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and recovery rates. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field but not mandatory. Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in credit control, collections, or recovery management. Must be able to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English. Proficient in SAP (B1) or other CRM systems. Strong understanding of recovery strategies, credit risk, and regulatory compliance. Strong team coordination skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM/ERP management tools. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
