Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Recovery Executive to follow up with clients and ensure timely recovery of pending payments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact clients for overdue payments via calls, emails, and visits if required.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely collection of dues.
Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and update reports.
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for reconciliations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in payment recovery, collections, or customer follow-up for 1 - 2 years.
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Minimum of 12th in education and graduation will be a plus in any stream.
Should be physically fit and strong in physique.
